1. What is Loyal by Al Habtoor Group?
- Loyal by Al Habtoor Group is an independent loyalty program belonging to Al Habtoor Group. 2. How to join Loyal by Al Habtoor Group?
- Joining Loyal by Al Habtoor Group membership is free. Simply join now by downloading the Loyal by AHG app available on App Store or Google play store. Complete the registration form and start enjoying exclusive member benefits.
3. What are the benefits of joining Loyal by Al Habtoor Group?
- Our endless rewards are only available for member of Loyal by Al Habtoor Group. As a member, you can earn & redeem points whenever you stay & dine at any participating hotels*, bars & restaurants across Al Habtoor Group Portfolio. For detailed reward information, visit Programme Rules & Benefits.
4. How to upgrade my membership to Loyal Gold or Loyal Platinum?
- Loyal Gold membership can be obtained for free once you reach the threshold of AED. 20,000 minimum spend per year else membership will be downgraded to Loyal Silver status. Loyal Platinum membership can be obtained for free from Loyal Gold Status by reaching and maintaining AED. 30,000 minimum spend per year else membership will be automatically downgraded to Loyal Gold Status.
5. Can I purchase Loyal Gold or Loyal Platinum membership?
- Yes, Loyal Gold or Loyal Platinum membership can be purchased at AED. 1,000 or 1,000 points and AED. 1,500 or 1,500 points respectively. Payment can be done thru each property’s front office cashier. In case of no activity recorded in a year Fast Track membership will be downgraded with or without notice.
6. Who are Loyal by AHG hotel partners for Hotel room stay points collection and points redemption?
- Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection, Al Habtoor Polo Resort, Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts, V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, Metropolitan Hotel Dubai
7. How do I change my profile, personal details, password, etc.?
- Simply login to Loyal by AHG mobile app to securely update your profile, with personal details and preferences. To change your mobile number and email address, please contact customer service directly.
8. When will my Earn points be credited to my Loyal account?
- Earning points in Bars & Restaurants will appear on your account instantly. While Earning points on Hotel Room stay* will be credited 24 hours after the check-out date. If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.
9. Is there a points expiry?
- Yes, Points will expire 1 year from the same month of accumulation automatically and cannot be reinstated.
10. What happens to my purchased Loyal Gold or Loyal Platinum membership if I don't visit any Hotels, Bars & Restaurants for a long period of time?
- Loyal Gold membership should maintain AED. 20,000 minimum spend per year otherwise, membership will be downgraded to Loyal Silver status with or without notice. Loyal Platinum membership should maintain AED. 30,000 minimum spend per year otherwise, membership will be downgraded to Loyal Gold status with or without notice.If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.
11. How many LOYAL points will I earn for my Hotel Room Stay?
- All Loyal members are entitled to earn 10 points for every 100 dirham spent on rooms at any participating hotel* across Al Habtoor Group portfolio except Waldorf Astoria the Palm Jumeirah. Room expenses should be paid by the member directly to the hotel. Any room stay paid by third party is not eligible to earn points (Travel Agencies, Companies, third person etc.) Please visit the Membership Benefits page. Membership number should be mentioned upon reservation and check-in to ensure points will be credited. Please note that in absence of Loyal by AHG Mobile App transaction will be refused.
12. How many LOYAL points will I earn in Bars & Restaurants?
- Loyal Silver members earn 7 points for every 100 dirhams, Loyal Gold members receive 10 points for every 100 dirhams. Loyal Platinum members receive 12 points for every 100 dirhams spent at any participating Bars and Restaurants. Please visit the Membership Benefits page. Please note that in absence of Loyal by AHG app transaction will be refused.
13. How can I redeem my points?
- Members of Loyal by Al Habtoor Group may redeem LOYAL points to settle their bill in full & partial amount in any of participating hotels*, bars & restaurants. Simply show your digital membership card using Loyal by Al Habtoor Group App. PIN Code is required to complete the transaction. Please note that in absence of Loyal by Al Habtoor Group Mobile App transactions will be refused.
14. Apart from Points Earning & Points Redemptions what are other benefits will I get?
- Loyal by AHG members will get additional benefits during hotel stay such as; Late check-out 16:00 hrs* for Loyal Gold members, Late check-out 18:00 hrs*, Early check-in 10:00 hrs* & Complimentary breakfast for Loyal Platinum members. *subject to availability maximum of 2 persons including member If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.
